What counts as a page
Every plan is measured in pages, not files or statements. One page of a PDF is one page, so a three-page statement uses three, and an uploaded image counts as one page too. A single upload holding six months of statements is counted the same way, by its total page count. That makes a plan easy to size: count the pages you handle in a typical month and pick the tier above it.
Try it before you pay
Creating an account gives you 7 free pages, with no card required. That is enough to run a full monthly statement through and check the output against the original before you spend anything. Free pages do not roll over, so they are there to test the service rather than to run on indefinitely.
Changing or pausing your plan
Plans are monthly, which matters most around tax season. Accountants and bookkeepers commonly move up a tier between January and April, when client statements arrive in volume, then drop back down afterwards. You are not committing to a year to cover a busy quarter.
What every plan includes
- Excel and CSV output from PDF, JPG and PNG statements, scanned copies included
- Statements from banks worldwide, with no per-bank setup
- Password-protected PDFs, unlocked at upload without storing the password
- The same security on every tier: 256-bit encrypted upload, and files deleted from our servers 24 hours after upload
- Fully automated conversion, so no person ever opens your statement
Larger volumes
Firms processing statements for many clients at once can arrange an enterprise plan, which adds custom integrations and a dedicated account manager. If your monthly page count is well beyond the published tiers, that is the route to ask about rather than stacking several subscriptions.
